Casall has for many years had two different websites, one for corporate information and one for e-commerce. None of them were optimized for their purpose, and online sales were nowhere from the potential that was deemed realistic, given Casall’s existing brand positioning and presence on the market. The solution was therefore to develop a new integrated e-commerce website, that would serve as a hub for Casall in the future. A strategy for driving new traffic to the site was also necessary.
Casall’s new website is a central and important part of the company’s future expansion into new markets. The main focus of the new site has been to develop a brand-building platform. Casall wants to be able to present what the brand stands for in an appealing way.
Cloud Nine lifted both Casall’s digital presence and their new e-commerce platform, developed on Litium, to the next level. The solution is based on a good balance between an intuitive functional structure and inspirational design, while at the same time resolving complex technical requirements with limited resources.

The goal was to capture the visitor’s attention and create an inspiring presence through a seamless shopping experience. By presenting products on models, as well as in motion, we created a better understanding of the products themselves, which is completely in line with the target group’s wishes. The website’s pages are now based on modules rather than fixed fields, resulting in fewer editorial constraints. Cloud Nine has provided the client with recommendations for how pages should look and workshopped with Casall regarding the construction of pages in the best way, with great focus on SEO, functionality and design.
In total, the solution consists of seven websites, one of which is for European countries that do not have a dedicated site. With this in mind, Cloud Nine also implemented several different types of payment solutions.
Within just 3 months of the new website’s launch, Casall’s revenue has increased with 115% and the number of visits to the site has skyrocketed, increasing by 35%. The conversion rate has also increased by 55%.
