A communicative challenge
When ASD, the membership organization for the aerospace, defense, and security industry in Europe, decided to upgrade its web presence with a particular focus on better and more engaging content aimed at the public, they turned to Cloud Nine. Together, we have created an exciting and informative website that, with the help of storytelling, infographics, and video, among other things, explains both ASD's work and the value ASD's members bring to Europe and the world in a time of political unrest, climate crisis and security threats - both physical and digital.

The new site has a completely new design language and design built on the Umbraco platform. We have helped ASD enrich the site with new texts and an updated visual language - where people are the focus of images and videos.
Smart architecture provides maximum flexibility and speed
Through a headless solution with Umbraco CMS and a frontend layer built on Next.js/React, maximum flexibility for editors is achieved in a single-administered interface, while the website is significantly faster than the previous one thanks to static pre-rendering of content.
